01Who we are and what this covers

KalaKruti is a Svetambara Jain design studio, operated as a project of Param Path, that provides templates, clipart, fonts and an online editor for creating Jain posters, invitations, greetings and announcements. These terms apply whenever you use the website or the studio.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you are using the studio on behalf of a sangh, trust or mandal, you confirm you are permitted to accept them for that body.

02Your account

• One account is meant for one person, sangh, trust or family. You are responsible for keeping your password private.
• You must give accurate details when registering, and keep your email current so we can reach you about your account.
• Designs saved in your account are visible only to you and to the people you share your login with.
• You may close your account at any time by writing to us.

03What you may do with the designs

Anything you create in the studio is yours to use for your own dharmic, community, family or business purposes — printed or digital, unlimited copies.

• Use exported designs for sangh notices, invitations, social posts, banners, hoardings and printed material.
• Add your own photographs, names, timings and logos to any template.
• Share the finished file freely with your community.

04What you may not do

• Resell, redistribute or sub-license the raw templates, clipart or fonts as design assets of your own.
• Use the library to run a competing template service.
• Use Jain symbols, guru images or scripture text from the library in a manner that is disrespectful, commercially exploitative or contrary to Jain conduct.
• Combine our designs with promotion of alcohol, tobacco, non-vegetarian food, gambling or anything else conflicting with Jain principles.
• Attempt to extract the library in bulk through automated means.

05Content you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload — photographs, logos, text. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use that material, and you give us permission to store and display it inside your account so the studio can function.

We do not use your uploaded photographs in the public template library or in marketing without asking you first.

06Ethics review and accuracy

We take considerable care that designs follow Svetambara Jain practice — correct symbol form, correct lanchan, correct depiction, verified Prakrit text and tithi-based dates. Every template passes an automated rulebook and a review by Param Path, under the guidance of the Acharya Bhagwants and Sadhu Bhagwants who advise the group.

Even so, please check the final design before printing or circulating it, particularly names, dates and timings that you have entered yourself. If you find anything incorrect in our library, tell us and we will correct and re-publish it.

07Plans, passes and the free week

• The free trial allows one watermarked export and does not expire.
• The launch offer gives seven days of unlimited, watermark-free exports at no cost, one per account, while the offer runs.
• Paid passes are valid for the stated duration from activation, and do not renew automatically.
• We may change prices in future. A pass already active is not affected by a price change.

08Availability

We work to keep the studio available at all times, and especially during parv weeks. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, and occasionally need to take it down for maintenance. Where possible we will avoid doing so during Paryushan or Navpad Oli.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the studio is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as printing costs incurred from a design you did not check before going to press.

10Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we will tell account holders by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the studio after that means you accept the updated terms.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.
