Privacy policy

01The short version

We collect the minimum needed to run your account and the studio. We do not sell your data, we do not share your contact details with anyone, and we do not use your uploaded photographs for anything other than showing them back to you inside your own designs.

02What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you choose to give it, a phone or WhatsApp number.
• Sangh or organisation name, if you provide one.
• Your designs and the files you upload — photographs, logos and any text you enter.
• Billing records: which pass you took, when, and the amount, along with the payment reference from our payment provider.
• Basic technical information such as browser type and error logs, used to keep the studio working.

03What we never collect

• Full card numbers. Payments are handled by our payment provider and card details never reach our servers.
• Your contacts, WhatsApp groups or address book.
• Any information about your personal religious observance or practice.

04Why we use it

• To create and secure your account and let you sign in.
• To store your designs so you can reopen and edit them later.
• To activate and track the validity of your free week or paid pass.
• To reply when you contact us, and to tell you about something important with your account.
• To find and fix problems in the studio.

05Who can see your material

Your designs and uploads are private to your account. Our team accesses them only when you ask us for help with a specific design, or where we must do so to fix a technical fault.

We do not put your uploaded photographs, your sangh name or your finished designs into the public template library or into our marketing unless you have given us permission.

06Service providers we rely on

• A cloud database and file storage provider, which hosts your account, designs and uploads.
• A payment gateway, which processes pass payments in Indian Rupees.
• Hosting and error-monitoring providers that keep the site running.

07How long we keep it

Account details and designs are kept while your account is open. If you close your account we delete your designs and uploads within thirty days, other than billing records, which we keep for as long as Indian tax law requires.

08Your choices

• Ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete your account and its contents.
• Withdraw permission for any optional communication at any time.

09Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not run advertising trackers or sell audience data.

10Contacting us about privacy

Write to us with any privacy question or request and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may raise the matter with the relevant data protection authority in India.
